Re-submit your completed form or 'Reply' to the E-mail our office notifies you with and provide us the "Confirmation Number." A Deputy Clerk will then process your request. (If payment -or "Confirmation Number"- is not received by our office within 30 days of your request, your copy request will be deleted.) Requests are not processed until payment or the "Confirmation Number" is received. If electronic payment is made after business hours, on weekends or holidays, your payment will not be processed until the next business day. (When asked for a Date Of Birth -on the nCourt electronic payment site - you may enter a random date.
